Weekend 10.2

Ahh! The weekend once again. I really quickly wanted to give a shout out to my friend Kristen Duke (yes, THE Kristen Duke). She is the queen of photography. You may know her from her  Say No To Auto Photography books. Well, she has just come out with a workshop that is SURE to be amazing.

Normally $60, it is on sale through December 2nd for $40! You can read all about it HERE. So if you have a fancy camera that you don’t know how to use OR you are getting a fancy new camera for Christmas..there couldn’t be more perfect timing!

NOW ON TO THE PIES! I know I always like trying new pies out for Thanksgiving so try, try away:

1.Do you need to learn how to make pie crust or want a new recipe? Check out Paging Supermom’s Pie Crust.

2.This Lemon Angel Pie looks amazing and light!

3.Eggnog Pie? I think I’ll try it out!

4.5 minute-4 ingredient cheesecake? Yes, please!

5.Old Fashioned Peanut Butter pie would make for a new pie to try out!

6.This Salted Caramel Apple pie looks SO good.

7.How about this Tin Roof Sundae Pie?

8.My sister lived in Hawaii for awhile and learned how to make this amazing Chocolate Haupia Pie. YUM!

9.This Creme de Mint pie looks fresh and delish.

10.and if pie isn’t your thing, how about this pumpkin bundt cake! I always LOVE a good bundt!

I feel like I’ve gained 10 pounds just writing this list out, but what a fun time it will be next week to get my bake on to make some of them.

What kind of pie is a must have at your Thanksgiving?
