Today we are on to the Cape!
One thing that I didn’t make quite clear is this. Once I ruffled the top, I folded the edge over and sewed it down to make a finished edge. Just didn’t want you to think it was a raw edge on top! Make sure to zig zag stitch or use a serger on the top edge before you ruffle.
