If you ever find that something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! Non-custom items purchased through our website can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund so long as they are unused, unopened, and in new condition.
Custom products are made-to-order at your specific direction. We will only accept returns for custom orders within 30 days if there is an error in the design that contradicted the express design instructions you gave us (e.g. misspelling a name).
Please submit your return request via our “Contact” page and be sure to include your order number, reason for return, and pictures if applicable. Once your request has been received, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can!
This has never happened (and we hope it never does) but should your package get lost in the mail transit process, Kiki & Company is not responsible.
The approval of all returns is subject to the discretion of Kiki & Company. We take pride in how safely and securely we package our shipments. Therefore, we reserve the right to kindly decline a return request if the item has been modified, damaged, improperly used, or is in otherwise questionable condition.
