I have this sweet friend who has a little daughter. She is just the sweetest little thing ever. When she was a little younger, anytime their family stopped to do anything like eat, take a potty break, go into a store, etc. she would simply say “Push Pause”. That is my message to myself today:
I will pause to enjoy my kids, clean my house, be here in the moment and find a minute to think of someone else. I love the sweet reminders that our children give us. What will you pause to do?
