Monday, I showed you a quick and simple baby shower that I threw for a friend having her 4th bundle of joy. Today I wanted to show you the cute little invites I made:
I love making things that are personalized and are made just for that person. They are super simple and go great with the “sprinkle” theme..and as a special little gift, I had each person invited write their favorite inspiring quote on motherhood or on anything (as long as it was inspiring) on this cute little card and mail it or bring it with them to the shower. It was so fun (one of my favorite parts of the shower)..as she opened the gift from the person, the person read their quote and told why they chose it. It was just a sweet little card to remind her as she got back in the throws of newborn crazy life that it wouldn’t last forever, but it was also good for me to hear those sweet quotes just as a reminder for myself.:)
I then took the cards and made a sweet little book out of them. (That is up on the blog for tomorrow.)
I will be putting all of the printed material up for this baby shower on my site where you will be able to download it and use it for yourself! It will be up by the end of the week.
