There are so many fun milestones I have looked forward to with each of my babies. I always love it when they learn to smile, roll over, crawl, and walk. One of my favorites is when they start to talk. Never have I heard such cute things come out of their mouth. My husband and I will randomly remember the way our kids have said things and start laughing. My youngest right now is 18 months old and is working on his first words (my boys all start around this time!). We have loved hearing him say “Dadda”, “Dooooown”, “UP!”, “Cahhhhhh”..car, and “Baaaallll”, but I die everytime I hear him say the word “Pleeeeeaaaase”. He sticks his tongue out, squinches his face up and says it as best as he can…forgive the bed head look. He is eating his breakfast here:
Is that not the cutest thing you have ever seen! There are so many milestones I love, but for right now, this is my favorite. I think one of the things I always realize with milestones is that with each new one passed, they are growing up that much quicker, so for me, I am enjoying each new thing with my 4th! Soon it will be big boy beds, reading and potty training with Huggies Slip Ons. I can’t believe how fast it goes.
