One of my favorite things ever are when I have a quick Ah-ha moment. I LOVE reading quick tips on every subject, so I thought adding a few of my own every once in awhile would be fun.
After making cupcakes while in Seattle, I got the job of decorating the tops of the cupcakes. I don’t know about you, but one of my favorite things to eat are chocolate covered fruit..so this goes right along with it. I had chocolate cupcakes and chocolate frosting, so I added a fresh raspberry and blueberry to the top of each.
The result? Seriously so great! I loved having one of each fruit..it gave you two totally different tastes and both so good.
